We're on a mission to unite 5,000+ people wearing Bonnet The Cause bonnets to form a massive cancer ribbon — and submit it to Guinness World Records.
In February 2027 — National Cancer Awareness Month — we will gather 5,000+ participants at a large outdoor venue. Every participant will wear a Bonnet The Cause bonnet, and together, we will form a massive cancer ribbon visible from above — a powerful aerial symbol of solidarity, hope, and the fight against cancer.
The current world record for the most people wearing beanies is just 429 (set in Australia). We plan to shatter it — by more than 10x.
This is a year-long campaign launching in February 2026. Our goal: sell 1,000,000 Bonnet The Cause bonnets worldwide. Every bonnet sold funds cancer awareness, patient support, and the culminating world record event.
The culminating event will feature the World Record Attempt (aerial ribbon formation), a Medical Mission with cancer screenings and health consultations, Educational Seminars on cancer prevention, a Fashion Show showcasing bonnet designs, a Fun Run/Walk for Cancer, live entertainment, and food and wellness kiosks.
